Job Description:
This role in our small dynamic company would be great for a graduate with aspirations to achieve results through digital marketing and sales. We are a focused and supportive technology transfer team and we’re proud of what we do for technology leaders and producers in the primary industries.

We'll give you an opportunity to add to our team by:

  • Delivering digital marketing campaigns and sales.
  • Selecting and targeting relevant customers for digital campaigns.
  • Working in a team to create content for digital marketing to our customers.
  • Building and deploying campaigns and tracking success.
  • Reporting to stakeholders on sales results from campaigns.
  • Developing your practical skills in niche customer targeting.
  • Using your knowledge of Google Adwords, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM databases, etc.
You’ll need to have:
  • A qualification in digital marketing or similar.
  • Good self-discipline and time management skills.
  • Drive and determination to succeed.
  • Great communication skills.

Forestry Harvesting

Harvest Supervisor

Company/Location: Kununurra, WA

Job Description:
To oversee the harvest operation on a day to day basis and ensure that the harvest operation is conducted in a safe and efficient manner. Manage the logistics and personnel within the site according to the harvest management plan for 2021.

  • Oversee the Sandalwood harvest operation and ensure delivery of product to the designated processing facility.
  • Liaise and communicate with ground staff, contractors and suppliers to ensure the harvesting process runs smoothly.
  • Ensure safety protocols are adhered to including daily tool-box meetings, PPE and signage in place.
  • Manage visitors movements to the site and around the site
  • Co-ordinate activities on the ground reporting to DGM forestry on a regular basis
  • Be the contact point for all personnel within the site and visitors attending the site.

HQPlantations sustainably manages 340,000 hectares of forest throughout the state of Queensland including softwood and hardwood plantations. These plantations produce up to of 2.5 million cubic metres of logs annually that support both domestic and export industries.

About the role
Reporting to the Harvest and Supply Manager - Coastal, you will deliver frontline planning and coordination of Harvesting activities covering forest protection, operational scheduling and production, and asset and environmental management ensuring commercial, safety and stewardship certifications are met.

Skills and experience
The successful applicant will either:
  • Hold a Bachelor of Forest Science (or other relevant tertiary qualification) with at least 3 years forest plantation experience, or;
  • Hold a Diploma level forestry (or relevant field) qualification with at least 5 years forest plantation experience.
